Toggle Airplane Mode

Working around the root requirement of the integrated airplane mode toggle by calling the respective activity and interacting with it. Flow has to be adapted to the system language and probably the operating system version.
Consider this a work in progress. Suggestions for improvement are welcome! The intended use case is a non-root profile mechanism (manual or scheduled) which calls (or incorporates) this flow instead of the built-in airplane toggle.
