Stops camera shutter sound, then returns system volume back to what it was before app opened when the camera app is closed.
Tested on S8 - change the camera app by changing the app package.
Please make sure this is legal in your country before using (some countries have a shutter sound as a legal requirement, what's why you can't turn it off on some phones).
