This flow will help you to know individual data usage of any app within any time. It also count daily or monthly data usage of any app or all apps. for all apps you have to push cancel button in app selection dialogue box. Android data usage feature can't give a custom date selection but this flow give it.

Date format is mm/dd/yyyy
