Asks to choose an app in the beginning. When app is in foreground, sensors are used to determine screen orientation. Useful for video chatting apps so you don't have to change the orientation in settings. Phone goes back to system settings when chosen app is no longer in foreground. To change app, just restart flow. To make a permanent app, delete the "choose app" block and replace the "app" variable in the other blocks with the app you want it to work for.
