New: Added a pop up dialog box for better notification.

Gives a notification in the notification bar when the battery level reaches 80%. Lithium-ion battery capacity stays in their optimum level when not charged full everytime. This notification helps you unplug when the battery level is 80%. Also the notification is auto cleared when you unplug.
