ROOTED DIVICE
This is a power based control process.

Depending on power levels it attempts to aid in power conservation.

@ + 90% = Check data connection & sync
@ 50% = Notifies user of battery level
@ 10% = Checks for power save mode and advises activation
@ 1.2% = Requests charge & locks screan.

Note:
1) When power falls below 1.2% this flow will lock screan and maintin it locked unless it is chargeing or battery is above level.
2) This process us a infinity loop set to cycle every 10 minuets. It will continue to run untill user stops process
