Sets your wallpaper to an (almost) live photograph of the Earth, powered by NASA's Deep Space Climate Observatory (DSCOVR) and its Earth Polychromatic Camera (EPIC).
This flow only downloads new photos, regardless of the set delay, so it only wastes as much data as it needs (the check itself only requires less than 10 KB)!
