NFC triggered car mode that turns Bluetooth on to connect to selected device and turns on WiFi tethering to get internet data connection on the car's multimedia tablet system. When car is off (and car's BT is off as well) it turns BT and WiFi tethering off, waiting for the next trigger. It also saves address of the NFC tag and Bluetooth device for better performance.
