Changes CPU governor to ZOMBIE (power saver derivative) and throttles CPU speeds when battery percent is at 30 and switches CPU to MUTOmod (interactive derivative, hey it rhymes! 😁) governor at overclocked 1325 MHz max once phone is plugged in or above 30% battery level.
