No root or Android requirement

Creator note: this flow use network traffic block, which doesn't require Android (x), but is not very accurate as it can't distinguish hotspot, 3g or wifi network.
When making a network related flow that require absolute accuracy on a specific network, please use Data usage block instead (require Android 6+)
