I worked pretty hard to get this perfect. Give it a try.
Saves data and battery by turning off device radios when not in use. Connects to WiFi or Data whenever internet goes out. Makes sure your always connected, and anything you aren't using isn't turned on.
Changing mobile data state requires a rooted device.
