Credit goes to JAN VIMR for their original "_USB Mass Storage" flow. I've simply altered it to work after a reboot. This flow automatically puts the phone in "File Transfer" mode after a reboot and after you unlock the phone if the phone is plugged into a computer. THIS flow ONLY works after a reboot. You'll still need to use the original flow for all other instances.
