How to check if a flow is running

I didn't know how to do this at first and tried searching for it but couldn't find anything. So i am posting this in hopes that it will help someone :).

So basically what it does is it gets the flow id and title. Shows you title, then it checks with the running fibers to see if a fiber is running with the same flow id.
