This flow is designed to overcome an issue with some Android TVs crashing and rebooting when Adguard is running in the background. This is done by disabling Adguard before standby mode and reenabling it with a delay after the TV is switched on.
The delay can be configured at the beginning of the flow. If the dialog is skipped, the default delay is 60 seconds.
