Once activated, all apps will be forced to follow the system rotation setting.
On some devices like Sony Xperia, many apps can ignoring user rotation setting, so they rotate with the device even if we've turned off the "auto rotate". It is super annoying.
After activated, the script will keep the current screen orientation if system auto rotate was turned off.
Low power cost.
Tested on Sony Xperia.
