Sync data using Syncronize Ultimate and Foldersync plugins. The benefit I have for two Sync apps, is S.U. does the heavy lifting, and F.S. makes sure everything is straight with MD5 Checksum.
Uses Time-of-day and WiFi-enabled restrictions.
Sync Profiles should be setup within each app, and the default for the plugin is to run all profiles of each app.
V2, added an app-check that's based off of the Takashi SASAKI (佐々木隆志) Flow, "Example: Open Google Play". The purpose is to confirm that the device has the required apps.
