Tired of Marketing calls for Loans and Credit Cards?

NCCP TRAI has a process which can help you reduce number of calls and also raise a complaint incase if you still receive Marketing calls. TRAI will disconnect / Warn / Fine the tele-caller.

Action will be taken only if your Mobile number is registered for DND services (Free of charge).
Registration Process and Complaint Tracking can be done on this website.

You can start Raising complaints 7 days after you register for NDNC.

How this Automation Help You?

Here is the Automation Flow:
After a call ends if the calling number is unknown (Not found in your Phone Book) you will receive a popup asking if you want to report the caller. If you say yes, you will receive input box asking what the call was about and from whom, enter short description (Within 80-100 characters).
Once you enter that a message is generated in the format accepted by NDNC to tollfree number 1909. Select the SIM on which you received the call and send message.
