Holds a database of NFC tags and Flows, So flows can be trigger with different tags. Flow ends if baterry drops below 25% and is not on charge. Saves Everything as atomic value per reviewer's (Boschtl Hupi) suggestion. Everything is in a dictionary to support multiple tags per reviewer's (Kevin Muncie) request.
