Update: Now also includes geo fencing to be more precise.
Turns on Wi-Fi only when within the range of specific cell towers. It learns about new cell towers when connected to Wi-Fi.
How to use? Start the Flow. When you are, say at home explicitly enable Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi gets connected. Now the Flow starts to capture the nearby cell towers as long as the Wi-Fi is connected. Then the Wi-Fi auto disconnects when it goes out of Wi-Fi range and stops tracking the cell towers. Now turn the Wi-Fi on when in office. Similarly learns the cell towers near your office. Explicitly enable and connect to Wi-Fi once and the Flow does it for you from the next time on.
