Twitch function in Real Life!

* Menus organized
* Added a Settings menu
I had to delete some blocks to keep the flow free. The settings menu has more options to be added, so let on the comments if you want me to keep the flow free or not.
❔ This tool records 10 seconds (default) of audios or videos, and if you don't touch the notification to save, it will erase the temporary file and start recording another.
(Sorry for the bad english, i'm brazilian)
