This assumes that battery saver is in the right most corner of notifications and device is not rooted. I am uploading this for personal use you will likely need to tweak it.
I made this so that snap chat stays open and ergo, does not dump chat constantly. I don't like snap chat but a lady friend likes it and I have found myself using this chat app that consistently dumps chat before I may have read messages.
