High Voltage Security is a premium security program for your phone. It takes a picture if someone fails 2 passcode attempts on your phone. It adds a second layer of security to your phone by making you tap the notification and then waving your hand over your proximity sensor or else it will lock your phone again. It also has an emergency SMS feature which sends your device location over sms in case you lose your phone.

Once you unlock the device, you have ten seconds to tap the notification and then put your hand over the proximity sensor(usually located at the top of your phone).

The first setup dialogue asks your for a trusted phone number. This is the only phone number that can activate lost mode by texting "lost"(all lowercase) to your number. Next we require your email. This is so your device can email you the photos of the intruder.
Finally, we require you to select a Google account. This is so the device can use your Gmail account to email the photos of the intruder.
ALL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IS STORED ON THE DEVICE.
