Announces incoming caller and/or time with Google Text to Speech. Enable voice commands to answer, decline, ignore, or text with speech recognition.

Available Voice Commands:
Answer ("Answer" or "Pick up")
Decline ("Decline" or "Hang up")
Ignore ("Ignore")
Text* ("Text", "SMS", or "Reply")

*Text replies are dictated with voice recogition

When voice commands enabled:
-If no voice command is detected, it does nothing and awaits the next call.

-If command is not understood, asks if you want to issue a command again.
