When you receive an SMS, which check to see if you're connected to a specified Bluetooth device. If you are, will look up contact and ask if you'd like SMS to be read, then await a response from you before reading. This fix should resolve the previous error of offering to read despite Bluetooth disconnection. (You might need to play with the audio output channels for the text-to-speech as I'm still trying to figure out which is best.)
