Every time you have the Instagram app opened, this flow asks you if you really want it or if you done it by reflex. If you write something in the text box you can continue, if you dismiss the text box it will lock your device.
This flow will help us spend our time better! You can customize the flow for others apps than Instagram, enjoy :)
