This flow personalizes the Traffic Alert flow to suit your needs. This flow doesn't need to stay running -- run it once to save your settings to your device, and run it again whenever you want to change your Traffic Alert settings.
You must be connected to the internet to run this flow.
You also need a (free) Google Distance Matrix API key. You must do the following:
* Create a new project in Google Cloud
* Enable the Distance Matrix API for your project
* Create credentials for the API, and select "API key"
