Update:
- Text to Speech when connected to BT Car or BT\Wired Headphones
- Displays notification, can be turned off by swiping it away

Changes volume and screen timeout based on what's connected:
- Wired Headphones
- BT Headphones
- BT Speaker
- BT Car
Also includes Intelligent Auto SMS while connected to BT Car:
- Remembers first 3 numbers
- Only responds to the first text from each number
- Doesn't respond if messaging app is open
Other features:
- Immediately checks for connection on startup, doesn't wait for status to change
- Disables BT when connected to wired headphones
- Disables Wi-Fi when connected to BT Car
