When someone calls twice in three minutes the the ringing mode is set to normal and it rings loud. Uses dictionary to track multiple callers.
Ringer mode and volume restored to previous level after 1 min. (22 blocks)
Update: fixed variable names, reversed dictionary compare and added details to debug log & fixed history cleanup.
