Run the shortcut, select a contact, set your message, and set a keyword message. This message will be sent to that contact every 0.7 seconds until the contact responds with the keyword message (case-sensitive). Or until you stop it, but that's no fun. Make sure your "SMS Sent Limit" is set to 500 messages per 5 minutes in the settings.
