This flows will change the auto unlock setting depending on if you have notifications or not.
In other words, if you have unread notification(s), you will need to swipe up to enter within the phone. If you don't have any notifications, you will not have to swipe up.
Tested on 6T Android 9. Does not work on Android 10.
