Allows you to change the Performance Profile on your Franco Kernel through a simple Notification.
Note: This won't know when a Performance Profile changes by Per-App modes or within the FK application. It's just a messy way to change a profile through your notification panel.
Feel free to improve it! I just wanted to share this simple flow.
