Sync notification between two devices, THIS and OTHER
* Any notification you receive except from automate on THIS phone will be also posted on the OTHER phone as a notification and Vice Versa.
* Edit the last block at the bottom (Block#25) to change how long a synced notification from the OTHER will be posted on THIS phone.
