Shut down when unplugged, battery below threshold and device inactive for a certain amount of "ticks" (Timers aren't reliable in standby because of Android's doze energy saving feature).
Update:
Now with inverse proportional Battery/Ticks trigger value
Fixed shutdown failure due to su timeout, by disabling doze right before executing shutdown block.
