Watchdog for infinite loops.
Prevents phone freeze due to bad flows.
This flow monitors number of running fibers of all Automate flows, compares with treshold value, and triggers FlowStopAllActivity.
Default treshold is 100.
Compared to previous version: no need for notifications enabled, reliability improved.
