Before using this flow please ensure Settings > Apps > Automate > Notifications > Flow is set to ON.
This is only required for Android 8+, if you're on a lower version you don't need to worry.

I've worked on this for several hours but finally, I present to you, Flow Checker! This cannot just show you your flow statistics, it can also help you track if numbers have gone up or down, (2 numbers!) in a super handy notification!
