Update V6: Fixed for Android 10!
This flow switches your network to 2G or GSM network when you're connected to a WiFi hotspot in order to save battery and disables data connection. 2G network saves more battery than 3G or 4G.

If WiFi is not connected, it will reset your network to system default, which ideally is 2G/3G/4G (Auto)
