With flow will have your Wi-Fi remain disconnected when time not interacting with your cell phone. As soon as you interact with your cell phone, it'll turn on Wi-Fi. When your cellphone is inactive, every 15 mins the floor with turn Wi-Fi on and sync and then turn off again.
