Automate is very powerful and sharp as a blade. This flow stops all other automate flows if it finds file "stopflows.txt" in selected folder after device rebooting. I recommend select external SD-card or flash drive.
I made this flow after getting my device unoperable with wrong writed flow.
It not uses embedded stop-all-flows activity, because I don't want stop this flow with all others
