This "2 block" flow (it has 4 demonstration blocks that you should not put into your real flow, block 3 and 4 are the functional ones) compares if a value has changed.
The first time the value is checked for a change it will always be an ok, and after that only if the value is not the same as before.
This works with anything that should only proceed once it has changed.
