launch any app from cloud message or webhook.
use payload "launch;Package_name;Activity_class".
Activity can be blank "launch;Package_name".
This can be launched by cloud message send block or a webhook to https://llamalab.com/automate/cloud/message .
The sender google account must match the recievers google account.
Works with Ifttt webhooks.
