Check continuously if WiFi is disconnected for a selectable time. Even works, if you enable WiFi but if it could not connect or disable manualy or by other flow.
You will be asked for waiting period at the first start (default 30sec). If you like to change this later, start this flow in automate once again.
Don't waste battery. This also save cpu-usage by using check state flows "when changed".
