Auto start/stop Waze & set volume with bluetooth

[No root] Auto start waze when car bluetooth is connected, and set volume for voice navigation.
Auto stop waze and set volume back to previous setting when car bluetooth disconnects.
The auto start is straight forward. But somehow the current waze version on my phone doesn't respond to shutdown command when it's in the foreground. That's why there's a "Home" command to send waze to background + 2 seconds delay before sending shutdown command to waze.
On some phone, might need to increase the delay before shutdown waze.
