Later versions of Android will sometimes lower the volume level of the Bluetooth audio stream to inaudible levels. This flow raises the volume level back to 100% when a Bluetooth device is connected, allowing the output device to control the volume.
Updates:
o Now restores the original volume when the Bluetooth device is disconnected
o Additional fixes for volume restoration
