When wifi connected disable mobile data and vice versa. Other flows doesn't automatically turn on the WiFi again, by this will scan every 10 minutes for a few seconds for a WiFi signal, and if there is any it will connect to it and turn off the data. Now, this is smart. You'll not touch that setting button again...
