The flow gives you a notification, if you are using a video app, your Wi-Fi connections gets lost and you watching with mobile data.
You've to change the app classes and packages of the video apps with your own.

Feel free to write me, if you have a better idea, how to check if a mobile video is playing without checking all of the apps.
