Rework of the flow by DAVE PINNOCK: Google Maps Navigation V1

This version does the same as his, but is written without hardcoding per destination.
It also stores the Destinations in a local sqlite database, which means you don't lose your addresses when you modify the flow.

I also included an extra flow startpoint so your Car mode flow can start it automatically without user input, as long as your car mode app knows the destID.

You can insert new destinations and update existing destinations without modifying the flow.
