Mute on screen on

Change system/notification volume to 0 if screen is on. Restore it to the previous value when the screen is off.
The idea is that user doesn't need the sound notification when he is already watching the screen.

V2: removed muting the ring tone, since the screen is automatically switching on when call arrives.
