Uses interactions to enable USB tethering as soon as a USB cable is connected. Does not require root.
Doesn't enable USB Tethering if wifi is connected or wifi hotspot is turned on.
You can cancel enabling of USB Tethering by canceling the notification on your lock screen.
You might need to edit it a bit to match your device's language, it's currently setup for Japanese "USB テザリング".
