Update: Added an internal setting change for compatibility ("mono_audio_db").

Set up one quick settings tile and start the flow. The new tile will light up if the audio is set to mono.
Tap the tile to turn mono audio on or off, while the tile indicates the current state.

If this doesn't work, your device may be using a different setting name for mono audio.
