Notifier of weather changes

Itis modified version of Evan Sklarski flow.
Original functionality: Tracks barometric pressure every 3 hours and predicts upcoming weather and speed and displays in a notification.

Changes:
The notification is shown only in case pressure changes. Now it doesn't disturb you if the weather is stable

But you can check latest changes by run Show Notification part (create shortcut for this)

Notifications are removable

Flow checks your location before measuring of pressure. If the location is different from previous point the flow will not show notification.
The flow checks location again in 1h30m and if the location is not changed it returns to normal mode
